The training of church officers is one of the most important and challenging aspects of being a pastor. We have developed and are implementing a 13-week training course that includes Theology, Church leadership and Spiritual Formation. A pastor will be able to use our curriculum to train his officers. He will not need to reinvent the wheel. The course will also include an application process which is designed to promote unity and help the church to move forward with focus and alacrity.
