Alan B. Scott

I’ve learned a lot over the past 48 years.  From the moment I came to Christ, I sensed a call to serve Him in the ministry.  I have been privileged to know some of the greatest people.  I have had superb training and mentoring in youth ministry, church planting, and pastoring. Not to pass along some practical wisdom born of experience would be wrong.  It would be wasting the pain and effort.

Great Commission Coaching will work in both the U.S.A., Latin America, and wherever God leads us.

Greg conover

Greg has been coaching and equipping Pastor and Leaders for more than 20 years. He did this throughout Latin America as he began his mission work. God then opened doors to coach in the USA as he pastored in South Carolin and in Florida. Now he has the blessing of doing this again through Latin America as a missionary with Great Commission Coaching.

The bonilla family

Juan Carlos and Ruth Bonilla are experienced trainers, missionaries, and leaders.  They met on the mission field in Mexico and have served together since 2005.  Juan Carlos grew up in Ecuador and received his Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry from Erskine Theological Seminary.  The Bonillas have served for 25 years as church planters, missionaries, and mission coordinators in the United States, Mexico, and Spain.

They have two daughters, Esther Catherine and Sarah Pressly. They are excited to see how God is opening new doors for training national pastors and church planters throughout Latin America.

"It is with a keen sense of joy and expectation that I welcome Juan Carlos and Ruth Bonilla to our team at Great Commission Coaching,” said Alan B. Scott, President of Great Commission Coaching. “They both have years of wisdom and experience in ministry and the skills, personality and calling from Our Lord Jesus. They will be used greatly to equip, encourage and train pastors, church planters and church leaders throughout Latin America.

They are a precious gift from God.”
